  • Payment-related information — I do not process payments directly through the website. Payments are made via Twint (Switzerland) or bank/money transfer, arranged directly between us. I do not collect or store your card or bank account details.

  • Communications — messages you send me via email, contact forms, or messaging platforms.

  • Website usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar technical data collected automatically, including via cookies or analytics tools.

2. Confidentiality of Coaching Content

What you share with me during sessions is confidential. I do not disclose the content of your sessions to any third party.

hedon.studio is a solo practice. I am the only person with access to your session notes, which are stored securely.

3. How I Use Your Information

I use your information to:

  • Schedule, deliver, and follow up on coaching sessions.

  • Coordinate payment via Twint or bank transfer.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.

  • Maintain internal records (e.g., my client management system) to run my practice effectively.

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use your session content for marketing or advertising purposes.

I only share personal information with:

  • Service providers who help me run my practice — for example, my website host (Squarespace), scheduling tool, and CRM. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.   • Legal authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or court order.

I do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
