I spent most of my adult life questioning the relationship structures I was handed. The ones that told me how love should look, who it should be with, and what commitment means. I firmly believe your soulmate doesn't have to be your sole mate and I've built my life around that conviction.

In my twenties I began exploring ethically non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships. Formative and disorienting in equal measure.
I often felt lost. Not because something was wrong with me, but because there was almost no one to turn to who had actually walked this path.

Most people around me were following the default.
I wasn't sure I could.

That's the reason I do this work, because that kind of support shouldn't be as rare as it is.

Before this, I spent seven years in leading digital transformations and customer experience strategies. That background taught me something I bring into every session: the most sophisticated system you'll ever try to redesign is yourself.

I hold a Certificate in Somatic Sex Coaching from the Institute of Somatic Sexology, accredited by the Somatic Sex Educators Association of Australasia (SSEAA).

My approach is structured and evidence-informed.
Grounded, not spiritual.
Direct, not prescriptive.

Outside this work I surf, spend time in my pottery studio, or in places I don't fully belong yet.
